If we were to interview mission owners across the US Government about the value they receive from HLT, we’d probably get responses varying from puzzlement to declarations that it’s a key contributor. Our panel will explore ways that Big Data and HLT professionals can better apply our technologies to the range of national missions, from humanitarian assistance to indications and warnings.
